Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday in the TAB function area at The Sporting Globe Robina and couldn’t be happier. Connor was fantastic in the lead-up — great communication and everything was well organised, which gave us real peace of mind. On the night, Tilly looked after us brilliantly. She was friendly, attentive, and kept us updated throughout the evening on our bar tab and food options. The atmosphere was awesome and all our guests had a great time. Highly recommend for a function or celebration.

I love this place! I love their app and the 7 day line up of food specials, and the service is outstanding every time for me, thank you everyone!! Tonight I tried my 1st burger from there... it was called the Aussie Lot. I altered the burger bun to a vegan one and had the plant based cheddar cheese swapped over because I shouldn't eat dairy. There was no charge at all, the bun is as big as their milk bun... just like a normal burger bun back in the old days! The cheddar is gooey and delicious. The burger was so big that I couldn't finish my beer battered fries unfortunately, because they taste sooo good! I went in, ordered take away and sipped on a beer while I waited (15mins). Service was impeccable and the guy even ran into the kitchen to update my milk bun to a normal big bun and assured me it was of no bother. Omg, and the cooking of your beef patty was spot on juicy and no gristle at all! No skimping on anything even though it was $11 cheaper that night. 2x thumbs to everything guys. Thank you, thank you!!

My husband arranged a surprise 60th birthday party for me and from start to finish we all had a fabulous time. The organisation, hospitality and service was 10 out of 10 from Tilly, Sam and Bodie and they are credit to your company. Many thanks Alli and Marti Harrison

While I am not particularly enthusiastic about sports, I must commend the establishment for its remarkable culinary diversity. It undoubtedly surpasses the Tavern in terms of quality. The ambiance is pleasant, devoid of excessive noise, and they even offer an app for accumulating rewards. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak and salad. Well done to the entire team. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

What an awesome place! 😋 Great decor and atmosphere too.Met up with friends who are regular customers here for lunch today as they are always recommending this venue. We were very impressed! Staff friendly and service quick. 😃 We met the owners -such fabulous friendly guys ! The burgers were delicious and chips absolutely amazing! Menu full of mouthwatering choices. Black Angus Tump 250g with Fries ($19.45): The sauce and cooking preference are customisable and I make my steak medium cooked with black pepper sauce. This is one of the most succulent rump steak I’ve ever had and dipping it into the sauce also creates a different flavour. I always prefer thick cut chips over the normal ones. Watermelon Spritz ($12): I love how tarted, tangy, and sweet it is and the syrups at the bottom is the best part. The restaurant is on the right end of The Promenade, which is the north side of the shopping centre on LGF. It’s decorated with a few jerseys and there are some televisions playing sports matches. To top it off, steak costing less than $20 is absolutely incredible and rare to see, and it also has high quality and delicious taste at the same time. The staff is also nice but some liquids have come out of the glass and get my fingers sticky. Overall, it’s a 9 out of 10
