Service was great, I like that we can order from the QR code, too! My brother and I came here for lunch, and the food was served quickly, and it was delicious. I also got the vanilla soft serve, too!
Great service and always delicious food. We love coming to Motto Motto the food is always so yummy and you always get service with a smile. Sakurako served us this time and she was prompt with our order and drinks and checking that everything was ok. Her customer service was excellent. We will always come back if the food stays delicious and we keep getting great customer service 🙂
I had an exceptional experience at Motto Robin, where the service and food exceeded all expectations. Serena provided warm, attentive, and professional service that made the evening truly memorable. The dishes were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of vibrant flavour—easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.
Came here for dinner last night and everything was great. The food was really tasty, and Putty gave us amazing service. We only planned to get ramen, but after her helpful and detailed recommendations, we also ordered the teriyaki — and it did not disappoint! Thanks to Putty for making our night such a good one.
I've visited motto motto the other day and Michaylin was incredibly friendly, helpful with everything, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. It honestly made the visit feel so much better. The food was great as always, fresh and full of flavour, but the standout was definitely the service. Big thanks to Michaylin for making the experience fantastic! I heard it was her birthday today. One of my favourite places to go for dinner. The staff are always so lovely and the food is consistently delicious. Tonight I was served by Sakurako, who was absolutely wonderful. I had a special request with my meal and she handled it so professionally and kindly. Such great service!
