Samsung Experience Store Robina

Samsung customer service advised me to take my headphones here to be sent away for service and didn't require any proof of purchase, even after contacting them multiple times and booking it online. Turned up after a 30min drive to be told they are not actually affiliated with Samsung and I'd need a receipt. The gentleman was extremely helpful though 👏 👌 my issue is with Samsung being based offshore with the actual lack of accountability and customer service, wasting my time all afternoon and will definitely be going to the department of fair trading.

I received exceptional customer service from Justice today. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She saved me from having a nervous breakdown after being locked out of my phone. She deserves a promotion and a raise!! Thanks again Justice! You rock!

We often visit the Samsung Robina outlet and always find all the staff there very helpful. We bought a new phone & Heinz was great he was really excellent ensuring the changeover from the old model to the new one was a smooth transition. He made sure we were happy.

Could not get hello Google to work. The young lady and gentleman were super patient and after a while managed to sort my phone out. Am delighted that hello Google is now working even with a locked screen. Thanks for the great service.

My husband had issues with 2 Samsung phones. The lady at the service counter was patient, helpful and even though the store was busy, assisted me getting both phones working. I cannot praise her enough for her service. After dealing with so called Tech Experts, that think they can fix anything, it was very refreshing to find someone that just wanted to help.

Thank you to both Heinz and Ethan who had the patience of saints when showing and guiding this old duck with her million and one questions. Smashed my phone as I fell off stairs. Heinz helped with all my technical questions on how I could retrieve info.... phone options.... everything.... and today, Ethan assisted me in setting up Google's assistant... Gemini.... and other small stuff. Excellent customer service on the day and beyond. Thank you so much.... Gracias. And I watched them with their other customers while I waited.... all ages.... professionalism stood out.

Jacob and Ethan went above and beyond when a service provider left me without a functioning phone. I was screwed with no way of contacting the help desk of said provider. A solid 3hrs of cheerful practical support was offered by these two solid guys resulting in a functioning phone by the end.
