Baby Bunting Junior Robina

Had a fantastic experience at this store the two staff were amazing super friendly and so incredibly helpful! Which i definitely needed as this is my first baby and I’m 8 months along. It was very clean really organised and I was able to find exactly what I needed! They also price beat some tommee tippee bottles that I was going to get on Amazon but I was sm happier to be able to get in store rather than buying them online and still save like $30 which was fantastic. if you need something pregnancy, postpartum or just baby/ toddler related at Robina don’t scramble anywhere else hit here 1st it’ll save sm hassle and stress at least ik it did for me 🙂

Liz was great to deal with! I’m a soon to be mum she showed me around, and explained in great detail what a lot of the items are and what I’ll likely need to get when my little one arrives. I can’t recommend Liz enough ☺️

I had such a great experience at baby bunting robina. I was greeted so kindly by Kenny who assisted with my click and collect, he could see I already had a few bags and was kind enough to bring my click and collect out to my car for me. At 7 months pregnant & being quite sick, this experience was so appreciated!

Have never walked into a baby bunting before but am 7 months pregnant and went to check out prams recently - my very first experience walking into the store was not a single hello from the 3 staff on the floor; they were too busy chatting at the counter. There were no customers, the store was empty. I was completely ignored as I tried to work out where to go to find prams - eventually 5 minutes later I flagged one of them down to ask for help only to discover it’s not a superstore and doesn’t have the stock range the bigger ones do; that’s fine (not their fault). However upon asking what her reco was for what features I’m looking for - again knowing I’m a first time mum to be looking for a good pram, I was recommended one of the travel prams on display. For a newborn. Such an underwhelming experience and don’t think I’ll buy my pram from BB after all.

Lovely design and welcoming staff, good range of items! However, I was surprised with the pricing. Out of 4 items I picked up, all of them were substantially cheaper in other stores when I checked online and I was told the price beat couldn’t be applied for the items cheaper than $50, which was a shame.

Kenny and the team were super friendly and helpful! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and my click and collect was ready quickly, and easy to pick up. Thanks team!

My husband bought a breast pump for me and was told he could return it if needed, we tried it, it didn’t work, I put it all back into its original state to then find out it can’t be returned…$500 down the drain. Not good customer service as that’s bad communication!
