There were only three other customers including myself. The five staff in the store were not interested in helping me, when I finally approached the third person they said, ‘you have to look for it over there.’ When I went to pay a person asked, ‘how was my day.’ I said great, until I was hit with the poor customer service in the store. I gave feedback to the Support / Service on the website and received a generic auto populated email sating… 'Your feedback has been passed onto the relevant team to address the issues you have raised'. No effort put into how we can keep you as a customer. Evidently the customer care culture is the same right through the organisation.

This is my favourite store out of all the Gold Coast Spotlight stores because of the kindness, support and customer service they offer. The people working at the Robina store actually care about people and offer them the courtesy and respect that seems to be disappearing in retail nowadays. 5 stars all around and a big thank you!!

So much stuff to buy, lots of costumes perfect for book week. Robotime over 2 bays. And fabric at a good price.

I was really impressed with the young lady who was working Saturday afternoon the 23rd of August. What a whole team couldn’t do upstairs at big w with 2 hours until their closing time she got done within half an hour of her closing time while she was serving customers. I saw how productive and helpful she was. All while on the front desk on her own. I highly recommend people who need party items to go to spotlight at Robina.

The essentials in the shopping centre. Was great to get what we needed. Not great for fabrics but has plenty of arts & craft materials.
