I recently had a forward helix done by apprentice Jess at Robina! Would highly recommend very knowledgeable and very professional. By far one of the best piercing experiences I’ve had! Will definitely be back soon!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I recieved today at Robina location. I went in to purchase a 14kt gold 18mm ring for my conch as I was told this was the best option to change over by my piercer previously and when I was told that the hard band wasn’t available, I was given the option of a bendable ring. I took the ring out of the bag and not only was it bent, didn’t have a clasp it was also intended for the nose. I was extremely kind and explained the the gentleman that I have no use for this ring and that the ring I initially asked for he said this would be a suitable option. This ring is meant for a nose, I don’t even have a nose piercing. I went back asking for a refund however was told that wasn’t an option. This was a $120 piece of jewellery that I can’t even use as it came completely bent and does not have a clasp. I am disgusted by the lack of assistance by management as I even asked if I was able to use that amount as a store credit as I am not made of money and intended on putting this money towards a piece I could keep for life. If I am not given a reasonable resolution I will be taking this matter further as you have sold my a faulty product and given me no compensation.

All the staff there were lovely, more than happy to help. If you go on a busy day, be assured that won't be the atmosphere whilst you're getting pierced. They help everyone and then when you get pierced it's so calm. Piercers are SUPPPEERRR sweet. If you're scared of needles, staff are really helpful. I've heard people are put off by the price but honestly the expierence and jewellery are soooo worth it.

Had an awesome time getting two vertical labrets on Friday. Walked in with an idea, and was greeted and helped check my face anatomy to make sure the piercing was safe and would be viable for my tiny features. When the original idea was a no go I was given heaps of suggestions, showed pictures and even though I didn’t plan to get the peircing that day (just wanted to get some advice) I am super glad I did! Tahli was so careful and precise. Allowed me to make a bunch of placement changes, and the pain was minimal due to her skilled hand. I love my piercings! They are so beautiful and I feel so special to have them. Absolutely my favourite piercings I have ever had. (I have had a lot) SkinKandi is always awesome for piercings. Cheers team! Keen come back in two weeks to get the smaller bars!

It’s Tuesday the 13th of January, ( I understand everyone has bad days ) BUT!!!!!! we were met by the single most rudest man I’ve ever encountered & I’ve worked with the public my whole career, I tried all my friendly skills to bring a smile to his face. My daughter had her ears pierced & we left. SADLY I will not be recommending the skin candy at Robina to anyone. I’m sorry. ( PS:- I never ever write reviews but this chap needed to be spoken about )

Luke literally saved my ears today! I could not get my earrings out, he kindly and swiftly sorted them for me. Super grateful and wow’s by the cleanliness of the shop. As soon as my daughters ready to get her ears pierced we’ll be going to Skin Candy Robina
