Returned an embossed shirt with a fault from other end of the coast, the least u could've done was offer a small discount or something for my troubles and the $20 or so fuel i had to spend coming back down here just for that. Young fella there was polite though!

Hooray for Kelly. I've been to this store three times now and I was absolutely floored by Kelly (and her helpers). So knowledgeable... so helpful... so understanding...as I am not a small person. What an asset for Johnny Bigg's to have.

Thanks to Ella and her team for there excellent service. We came to Honny Bigg Robina to find our suits for my wedding. My wife was very specific with the style and colours for these suits. We found the perfect combination of suits, shirts, and shoes here! Ella and her team needed to find some sizes from other stores, this was no hassle for Ella and had the desired sizes within 1 week! Also, the suits need alterations for my pants and for the best man, he needed the jacket sleeves lengthen take in the back and pants lengthened. All this was looked after by Ella and Her staff, fitment was perfect after the Alterations. Thanks for your help, excellent service and highly recommend for anyone men’s suits needs! Saturday 15th march I drove from Coffs harbour to robina johnny bigg store which is my favourite clothing line a 6hr return trip. When I walked into the store we were greeted with a friendly confident store manager her name is Kelly. Kelly was so professional in her styling manner in helping myself be fitted with a complete wedding outfit semi formal. It is so good to walk into a shop and find a salesperson that knows their business very friendly and actually caring about the customer. Thankyou so very much Kelly for yr kindness professionalism and care factor towards me. I will always do the six hour return trip to robina johnny bigg to know that the service product and fantastic sales person will always be there to help. Thanks Wayne Jones

Love this store. All the clothing is fitted perfectly. Jodie and Scott are super lovely and will look after you very well in store. It's my favorite place to shop for myself. Long time customer.
