BIG W Robina

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Clare and Dawn! I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Clare and Dawn at the Robina Big W service desk. Their customer service is absolutely first class — friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in helping people and go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted with a smile. It’s rare these days to come across staff who make your day better just through great service, but Clare and Dawn certainly did that. Big W Robina is lucky to have them — they’re a real credit to the store!

Had an unexpected unfortunate experience at the self checkout this afternoon at Big W in Robina, Gold Coast. The system showed an error message twice and asked me to call for attendance. The person who was attending expressed annoyance to me when I called him the second time, as if it was my fault. I asked him why was he annoyed with me, when it was not my fault and when it was the system that was asking me to call for assistance. I then asked him what was his name (the badge he was wearing was not showing his name). He said that he was not telling me his name. I then asked him whether I could talk to the manager. He said that I was harrasing him and that if I did not leave the store he would call the security. He literally then said (to me), "Leave the store!". I repeated that I would need to talk to the manager. Surprisingly, instead of calling the manager, he ringed security. Two security personal came and listened to the whole story from me. The manager then came. I told her the same story. The manager apologized to me and told that she would talk to that attending staff. I then left the store, where I may not go back again.

It’s located on the north eastern corner of the mall on the first floor. The store is filled with kids books and toys in the middle and I appreciate how tidily all kinds of products are classified in this BIG W, which makes us easier to find what we want.

Went to the service desk on Sunday and the older lady with the grey hair in a pony tail and glasses was so rude and abrupt. Had a receipt to take an item back and straight away I could see she was in a bad mood and was arguing with me. She should not be working here if she hates her job and takes it out on customers. Turned me off shopping there again.

Jenna was amazing! It was Sunday around 10 a.m., and she helped us fill our balloons at the last minute. She was super friendly, kind, and very helpful — truly saved the day! 😊 Thank you for the excellent service!

Went into Big W - Robina today to try on some clothes and was absolutely appalled by the state of the fitting rooms. Every single change room was utterly disgusting (clothes thrown everywhere, food left behind, mystery stains on the curtains. Customers shouldn’t have to walk into these filthy facilities. I don’t even want to know what the stain is on the curtain but It doesn’t feel hygienic having to touch it.

Great deals and sizing. Most times everything is in stock compared with other stores. Click & collect doesn't take long..For online orders, post sometimes comes in multiple packages. I love the deals on half priced books and beauty. Excellent pet selection and always find plenty of gifts for everyone and cards for every occasion.
