My son wanted a skateboard so we went to look at them and have a quick test to see which he liked. He was on the first one for less than ten seconds and a young lady from layby area rushes over to tell him to get off. When questioned she said they don't sell if the wheels have been worn, well you're right, we walked out without buying one and my son was upset saying they don't want him to have fun. Thanks a lot lady. Maybe you could have explained something nicely to him instead.

Great range of all the usual Big W items. Both Halloween and Christmas stock was on display which was great! Prices are good as they usually are and there’s always a special to be had. Self serve was easy to use and I love earning rewards points to save for use at Christmas.

Electronic refunds taking forever would be nice to know beforehand, support is useless and has limited (less than banks) hours of being staffed by humans. AI also comes across as very condescending, and often hasn't got a clue, like offering to transfer to a human, when it has previously advised they were not available anymore. This was at 4pm Tuesday 🙄

No service no help did not want to call me back. Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and then the customer service lady couldn’t help me with anything. I’m disappointed. I’m a disabled person and I find it hard to get around. It takes me a long time to get to a store when they finally got back to me. They said oh yes we have plenty. Just come into the store. Got in there after nearly 40 minutes drive into town Sorry sir We sold out of those, It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be telling my friends and telling them how I was Treated. And yes, you can contact me about my experience. I’d love to hear your explanation.

I rarely post reviews but I have just had the best experience at the Morayfield store. Ella and Mel were so helpful locating a specific toy I was after for my granddaughters Christmas. Especially considering Christmas is such a busy time for staff. Thank you ladies.

I bought something from big W and it was like okay because like it was broken and then like the lady saw and she just lets me go out of this store with it and then I was like okay this is not right because it was actually broken and I was asking her and then she was up and then she was like okay this is not right but like she she like excuse me and she was like yo go away and I was like okay don’t be so rude about it and it was like in Rocky and I hope she’s tired. She’s probably done it for like a lot of clients and like guys can you like talk to her or something about it? Let me leave my address. Her name was Lily. Yeah I hope she’s fine.

Got what I needed for xmas and was in the line up waiting to be served by a worker dressed as the grinch and he was in character which was really cool, was disappointed when he got told to go on lunch break just before us (hope he does it again next year) but the lady who did end up serving us was lovely too
