Bargain Central Morayfield

You name it! They stock it! A large, bright, well laid out store that has something for everyone from every genre imaginable. The staff are so friendly, greeting customers on entry and around the store, always offering assistance. Prices are good and there’s always bargains to be had. You’ll never leave empty handed.

Of all the big or upmarket stores I trolled around in Morayfield shopping mall today it was the cheapie shop at Bargain Central that left the the most lasting impression. Yes it was tidy. Yes it had the range. Alright. But it was the genuine attentive heartfelt customer service that I received at the checkout from "Felicity" that impressed me the most of the entire shopping mall. She went out of her way to open up a register and be as friendly as she clearly is. She even packed my wife's bag for her. There is that missing Christmas spirit that was not in all the tinsel clad stores and half asleep santa dressed staff elsewhere. The proprietors need to make sure they keep this young lady on staff come hell or high water.

On Friday 24/10/2025 around 2pm and I was served by 2 lovely staff members who were very respectful and polite not to mention very helpful. The young man whose name was Robert assisted me by getting me a Christmas Ferris wheel ornament and was so polite. The young girl (sorry didn’t get her nam) at checkout was equally helpful and polite and asked if I needed a trolley which was lovely and she called for a staff member to assist and it turned out it would be Robert again , he hurried and got a trolley for me and then assisted another lady who was also at the checkout. I would like to commend both these staff members on their lovely customer service and applaud them , please keep up the good work 👏👏 I will return in the not so distant future and hope to see these lovely young staff members again 😊
