Very efficient staff, and very helpful especially changing from RAC W.A to RACQ! Maintained my gold membership and a bit of a discount to boot!

I live near New Settlement Rd Burpengary, had problem with my car, called RACQ around 5pm Wednesday waited a while and Mark was so kind, explained my problem to me and followed me home to make sure I was okay It was much appreciated Mark Yours sincerely Pam

As a Gold Card member with Ultracare cover in RACQ, there are not a lot of extra privileges when it comes to breakdown assistance. You still have to wait for the nearest agent to arrive. I would rather have RACQ though than not have RACQ as you have breakdown assistance in all States and Territories throughout Australia.

An intelligent and friendly mechanic DAVID had me on the road in minutes at Caboolture Jan 1 2025. A surprise compared to the RACQ man at Mackay August 22 2022 who refused to jump start my flat battery after I'd left my lights on at Mackay swimming pool. He refused to touch my battery that he said had the wrong colour light and when I refused to buy a battery from him he drove off leaving me stranded til someone gave me a jump start later.

What a joke, all the years we have been insured with racq and they treat us like crap. Do not use this insurance company

Had a car insured was in a workshop on last floods. Lost it they assessed it to be worth much more than it was valued at on the policy. Racq paid what I was happy with will not change insurer based upon that. Got house and many cars with them.

Had a awesome chat to the lady I spoke to,who not only walked me through putting my pet insurance in,but being incredibly computer illiterate, she also stated on the phone to walk me through how to send a email with my photos attached to it,into RACQ(I know it's pretty simple now I've done it,but wasn't being the first time).I can't remember her name,but she was so helpful, so a HUGE thank you goes out to her👏
