Had my nose pierced today by SAV and she was honestly so lovely. Super friendly, really helpful when I was choosing my new jewelry, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I couldn't recommend any one better if you’re thinking about getting a piercing. I’ll 100% be back to her for my next one! Keep up the good work!

Girl with the pink hair is very intentionally rude and made some unrelated comment about race due to anatomy? Not to mention the piercing was just horrible anyway and refused to heal. I've heard and seen other reviews of the same girl, at least be nice if you don't even know what you're doing or simply don't care either way. All the other workers seem lovely and more professional

Absolutely poor service even when you book an appointment and arrive 30 mins early they just can’t be bothered and will find every excuse as to why they can’t do it today. One of there excuses was that my daughters (10yr old) ear lobes was to thick but went next door and they had no problems with piercing my daughters what skin candy had called thick lobes. I think they just didn’t have the correct equipment to do the piercing like no longer bar earrings left so instead they blame my daughters ear lobe being to thick wow unbelievable. And I have already made a complaint to head office and I will be writing to the ombudsman next! Yes they assessed the earlobe (had a look did not measure) and it required a long post earring which your store was out of stock but instead of apologising and saying you were out of stock of the long post jewellery or even letting me know this before I came all the way in for my appointment you just blame it on my daughters earlobe being to thick when Infact it was not to thick because when she had it measured and pierced next door they showed it to me and it was not thicker then 4mm.

Phone and booked my two children in for ear piercings and got told when we arrived that they are really sorry we only have enough time to do one of your children and said they have to use needles to pierce the ear, anyway wasn’t going to get one kids ears done and not the other as it was not fair made all excuses. Went next door to another shop just down from it and they were soo friendly and pierced both children needle free and was a lot cheaper, don’t recommend this mob.

I got my nipples pierced today and honestly 10/10 experience. The piercer was so lovely I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she deserves all the hype. She was such a girls’ girl, made me feel comfortable, talked me through everything, kept the vibes calm and supportive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay the whole time. The placement is perfect, the pain was way less scary than I expected, and I left feeling confident and looked after xxx

Today I got my tragus and conch pierced by Taleigha-Rose, and she was such a girls girl, so nice! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. She walked me through every step, explained exactly how to care for my new piercings, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My tragus was a bit stubborn, but she handled it very. She genuinely cares about her clients, she kept checking in, making sure I was okay, and was just so lovely to chat with. Couldn’t have asked for a better piercing experience!

I had an amazing experience with Ruby! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable during my ear piercing. The process was quick and painless. I love my new piercings and can't wait to go back to Ruby for more! Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a piercing.
