Grant and Michael have been so helpful in helping me find the right products for my outdoor area! They are both so knowledgeable and have such a warm and welcoming approach! I love my new rausch products and will continue to support such a wonderful business!!
Due to covid i had a long wait for my outdoor setting but I didn’t care. Now it is here i love the colour the quality and it is so comfortable. Absolutely recommend this setting.
Had a lovely experience dealing with Grant and Kristine. I didn't visit to buy anything but to collect empty packing boxes they were disposing of - Grant was super helpful going out of his way to help me squeeze boxes into my little car, something he didn't need to take time out of his day to do. Great to see such lovely help and kindness from a local small business owner, they clearly care for their customers, their store and for Townsville people generally!
We purchased a pool umbrella Christmas 2021. Unfortunately, it was damaged 5 months later in an extreme windstorm. The way Michael went out of his way to follow-up the repair process and keep us informed was greatly appreciated. Michael was a real sounding board for us in what could have been a stressful process. Michael went above and beyond assisting us and we cannot thank him enough for it. The business not only sells quality products, but what more could you ask for in after sales service!
We drove from Port Douglas to Townsville as we saw the furniture online and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent, furniture arrived when it was supposed to. Recently managed to lose some of the clips for the cushions and Grant immediately popped a couple in the post to use free of charge.
OMG. After 10 years Grant and Micheal remembered us when we returned to this store to buy a dining table. We had previously purchased chairs to go with another table we had. The chairs we got 10 years ago from Grant still look like new. Such great personal service by the guys. Thank you.
