The charged me $5 for the toys that were in the $2.5 sign! The items above the $5 was completely different! Even the manager didn’t take responsibility of it! I would not have taken them but I promised the kids so that is more important ! But I Was very frustrated ! They won’t see me again there!
So disheartening that the isles are blocked with, boxes of stuff, pallets and workers stacking shelves the it impossible to get down isles in a wheelchair and would also be same with a pram, wheelie walker and unsafe for anyone even with a walking stick. Even staff to busy talking to people walking out the door to realy want to serve customers. Today was not the first time this has happened but sure will be the last time my carer and I will be going to Sollys. Only went today as we're hopeing it had improved
Great value for money when you’re on a tight budget. You’ll find a range of homewares from cleaning products and linens to electronics and cutlery. Just be sure to check the time of day as it can be ridiculously crowded at times.
Sollys has some great frozen products at good prices. Also some cheap savoury biscuits and Pringle's.
The only person that was nice was the young lady that took my trolley back the attendants attitudes was not welcoming nor polite there is no room to move down the Isle's and I'm in retail and I don't know what policies silly Solly run under and there are multiple safety breaches threw the whole store I was with my daughter whom is 4 and she could hear someone swearing at the back this store is disgraceful to the brand management needs to change or shut down and last but not least the tempura prawns packaging has got to be illegal I opened the box and the prawns are just sitting in a soggy box not even in plastic packaging just sitting in a box be better silly Solly.
Lots of items here. Things for the house the car and everywhere. Lots of bargains, very hard not to find something to buy. So many handy and great buys. Friendly and helpful staff makes for a great experience.
