If any one needs any assistance with Pools or Spa’s we would recommend the friendly staff at PPS. Shaun even did research before we got there about our Aqua Pulse Spa that doesn’t use chlorine, he did a free water test with up to date spin system and was very helpful, and we left feeling more confident in getting our spa back to where it needed to be using its own recommended chemicals. Where other pool service stores dismissed us when we mentioned the Aqua Pulse Spa’s don't use normal chlorine, didn’t try or offer to help further. So thank you Shaun you definitely shone for us with customer service at PPS.🥇

WoW!. Unbelievably helpful from no hope to sucees!!!. I never thought I had other ways to fix my water connection at the front yard under ground. I rang plumbers no reply. Finally I decided to go here. Man. Shawn is an outstandingly knowledgeable and experienced to share and solve problems not like Bunnings old bags where they just laugh at your problems. Thanks.
