Excellent customer service. We purchased an outdoor table but the surface started flaking after around 18 months. They replaced with a new one. Their communication and attitude is fantastic.
We couldn’t be happier with our purchases from BBQ Galore Townsville, products are great quality and suit what we were looking for, as you can see by our photos we have purchased a few items over the years. We were really impressed with the level of service we received. Anju and Raj’s product knowledge on all the products in store are the best we’ve encountered. Barbecues Galore Townsville is my go to for all things BBQ. Rahj and Anju are so friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to BBQ and Smoking. Their selection of rubs and spices is always well stocked and when Double Garlic Butter is not available then Elk Creek Gold Dust is a great alternative. It is a great all rounder and a perfect ’flavour bomb’ across the board.
SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE! The staff were so kind and nice and helpful. Helped us find a very good smoker. Would recommend Traeger if looking for smoker!
I have been in the store several times now. The staff are great, friendly and very knowledgeable. They pass on great advice to tips to make sure you are getting the best out of your BBQ. I purchased the Ziegler & Brown Turbo Elite 5 burner at a great price. I have just purchased the Komodo Big Joe and I'm looking forward to many great BBQ's with them both. For all your BBQ needs, you should drop by and check the store out. I rate them at 5/5 stars
