Lot 1 Coffee

Came here for a lunch and had the protein stack which was very nice and would highly recommend. Friendly and welcoming staff. Was so impressed came here the next day and had the Turkish bread with poached eggs, smashed avocado and salmon, which was also very tasty. Good quality coffee and well. Good location and definitely worth a visit.

Lot 1 Coffee is a lovely spot for breakfast. Their TSS breakfast is especially great and very enjoyable. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are nice and friendly, making the experience even better. A highly recommended place for a relaxed breakfast.

It is very easy to get in with very friendly staff. Service they can do better still not too bad. I wouldn't say best food but it is good enough.

Big breakfast $26. Not worth the price. Service was extremely rude. We asked them to clean our table and they were spraying into our coffees with a senseless care it was getting into our coffees and onto us. I get it it’s hot but please don’t take it out onto paying customers who’s only here for breakfast. We asked them nicely to clean our table and in return we got a snob back.

Enjoyed breakfast at Lot 1. Their coffee is excellent. Good, clean food. Fresh juices are refreshing especially after a long walk on the surfers paradise beach! Thanks Lot 1 🙂

First time at this cafeteria, good spacious location for going with a group, varied breakfast and brunch options. I really liked my order, which was a Spanish-style breakfast, very tasty, good ingredients, and quick service.

Pretty average food and below average coffee for sure. I selected this place due to its high rating and good reviews but got disappointed. The coffee was not good at all. I couldn’t drink it. I ordered the TSS and the eggs had such a bad smell. I could hardly take 2-3 bites and had to leave it. The mushrooms were not fresh either. Literally wasted my time and money here. The atmosphere was okay. The place is huge but definitely no taste at all. Not going back.
