It can be crowded at peak times, but overall it’s a reliable and handy place to shop.

Nice superMart for local and guest, all items price was fair ,venue was clean, and everything was neatly arranged.

A nice, fresh Woolworths located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Everything was fresh, well presented and well laid out. Nice wide aisles and a great selection of foods for locals and visitors alike. It is always nice to see plenty of good self-service and manned checkouts available. The staff were friendly and always gave us a smile, whether it was a quick question or at the checkout. Very wheelchair friendly.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service today at the checkout 3:30pm The young lady in the orange top was rude and dismissive throughout my transaction. I spent over $100 on groceries and asked for a bag. She rudely replied "we don’t have bags." I explained I would get one nearby at another shop and proceeded to take the basket with me to carry my groceries (AFTER I HAD PAID!!!) she immediately accused me of trying to steal the basket and threatened to report me, despite my clear explanation that i would bring it back in 2 minutes and had no intrest in stealing a woolies basket. After returning the basket, I politely suggested she could be more nice to customers. She rolled her eyes and told me "you can go now." Customers should never be treated with such hostility. This behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the store. What a shame!!

VERY rude woman served us black glasses, white hair and older! She served us at one of the front tills very stern face and no customer service this is our local store and have never had an interaction like this spoke to me as if I was stupid!
