Holiday Rentals Surfers Paradise

We enjoyed our experience with our stay. Location was reasonable high standard. Room size fantastic. Feedback:Power switches in 2nd bedroom both were broken. Feedback: Parking was frustrating as was our first time and it was not explained very well. It took us about 4 goes to locate residential parking including asking the reception on tower 2, twice. The reception complained to us that this is a problem every day. A signige with residential parking p2 outside would help. I noticed about 3 cars driving confused in and out trying to find residential p2 parking at the time. The copied instruction supplied was not very clear to me.

Fantastic location, huge apartment. Good company to deal with, clear instructions for check in and check out. Good amenities at location. Some furniture is nearing the end of its time and could do with replacing. First off the list should be the outdoor chairs. Otherwise plenty of space for large families and groups.

The apartment and location were exceptional. The communication pre and post stay was detailed and helpful. The only 'issue' we experienced was the supplies were very limited for a 5 day 4 night stay (i.e. one roll of toilet paper per toilet, nil dishwashing liquid etc). Overall happy and would recommend, just boost the supplies please

My family and I stayed at the Chevron Renaissance hosted by Holiday Rentals Surfers Paradise., we have always enjoyed staying in this building. The apartment was nice and clean and has perfect views of the ocean and also has a great pool and BBQ facilities. The location was great, a short walk to public transport, the beach and Cavill Avenue. I can certainly recommend staying there and Holiday Rentals Surfers Paradise are very helpful and a great team to rent your holiday accommodation with and I fully recommend using them for your holiday at Surfers Paradise.

Location is good and convenient, and the apartments are clean and good views. But we stayed for five days, but we were only have two sets of shampoo and body wash, which was not enough for the duration of our stay. The customer services provided the Wi-Fi username and password, but we could not connect to it. When we contacted the customer service for help, they were not very helpful in resolving the issue. They only asked us to follow their instructions or scan code to follow it , even though we had already tried and it did not work. There was no follow-up at all.

We booked a long weekend stay to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we loved where we stayed! The key collection was easy as and the location of the unit was fantastic! We had amazing views from our apartment. You never know if the photos on the advertisements are going to be honest if not but we can say these were very accurate! So we were very pleased with that. The apartment was very clean and tidy! If we had to be really really picky about anything it would have to be the glass windows were quite dirty. It may have just been the weather we had whilst staying but the windows were quite foggy and not the clearest to see out of. But overall we had an awesome stay! The staff were all very helpful and happy to help whenever we needed it. I would definitely recommend Holiday Rentals in Surfers Paradise to anyone looking to get away!

This is our Sixth Booking on the Gold Coast with you and as always everything was Excellent. We arrived late and left early and as always the pickup and drop off of the keys was easy. The room was clean and accomodating as usual and we will return again shortly
