Great products, poor service. Kress seems to be a good brand. The mower is great but unfortunately the charger broke not long after purchase which I was told is covered under warranty. The eight week wait for a replacement was disappointing. The constant run around and chasing the Red Shed, Bayswater was more disappointing. I phoned every week, sometimes twice, and had to explain exactly why I was calling to a different person that answered the phone each time. Several times I asked for a call back to let me know what was happening, and was assured someone would, but that never happened. I'm keen to purchase more Kress products but won't buy them from here.

Went in this morning to arbormaster and the crew were very welcoming. Assisted with a smile and were very easy to get along with. Ended up spending a few thousand but left happy knowing I wasn’t ripped off or taken advantage of. Thanks team for all your help. I will definitely be back soon. Would highly recommend these guys.

Brought a Husqvarna 435E Series 2 with a 15" bar and salesman was very helpful and gave me a further discount on the bar oil and 2 stroke oil. The Husqvarna is fantastic I spent an entire sunday cutting up firewood and pruning back trees and my hands are arms are not even sore from handling it all day, did a couple quick blade sharpens and its just goes

Bought a 30 ton log splitter for a *great* price - assembled, filled and ready to use. The staff loaded it onto my trailer, and Mike demonstrated how to start and operate it. Much appreciated.

Arbomaster is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, providing great advice on the right products. Well-stocked with quality gear at competitive prices. Excellent service from start to finish - highly recommend!

Bought 2 Husqvarna XP572 chainsaws, from Vic to Brisbane quick delivery. Everyone there that I have spoken to since has been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If busy, call back has not been problem. Thankyou everyone.
