Anaconda Bayswater

Big thanks to Tim in the fishing department for the great customer service. We had no idea about fishing but my son really wanted to try it. We brought the rod back in after buying it as we had tangled up the line and he took the time to set it up properly for us and make recommendations about where to go fishing in the local area.

Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you Ted for your patience and perseverance in helping me get through my returns, refunds and discounts. The line at the checkout was extremely busy but not once did you rush me or make feel like a drainer of a customer. I truly appreciated all of your efforts, your professionalism and product knowledge.

Thanks to the team at Anaconda. I needed help with buying water shoes, Archie's and toe socks. There weren't many staff but I was lucky enough to get assistance from one of the female staff members. She spent a lot of time with me. And the guy behind the counter was so helpful. Thanks team. 🤗🤗🤗

Lots to see inside the store - out of stock of 1 of 2 items I was after and no realsolution offered. Staff at the front were busy chatting and when we approached seemed inconvenient to them - finally the team suggested that not being an anaconda member would probably not save money, however checked a different phone number and more than halved the price paid! Seems like some focus and training may be required for the weekend team 😞

Went to Anaconda Bayswater specifically for a rod and reel. After speaking with Cam & Mitch they spent a great deal of time explaining the features and benefits of various rods and reels and how to maintain the reels which my wife really appreciated. They also shared tips and tricks and recommended local fishing spots around the area. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service of these two individuals, 100 % satisfaction , 6/5 stars, would highly recommend this store to family and friends. Thanks again, keep up the great work !!

Just came from the club night where in addition to the usual friendly and knowledgeable staff and great range the team had put together a night with various filleting demos, door prizes, special discount, free food and more. Safe to say they've got another loyal customer and shout out to Brett for all the demo's
