Mitre 10 Bayswater has been my hardware store of choice for over 30 years. Great range of hardware and competitive prices. The timber yard and garden supplies are extensive. Usually fairly quiet and not crowded, and the staff are capable of offering advice and guidance with a voice of experience. The paint department has always supplied consistently tinted paint when painting house interiors over the years.

Always great customer service. Staff always come up to you to talk and willing to help whereas Bunnings you have to chase staff down if you need help. So much better.

I’m very satisfied with the product I purchased from you, and it has been successfully installed with excellent results. Although I encountered a small hiccup when picking up the item, your team handled the situation very nicely. I confidently drove my SUV to pick up the order, only to realise that the length of the item far exceeded the available space inside my car. Your staff were very patient and kindly informed me that I could place an on-site order for delivery. The item was delivered to my home that same afternoon, and everything went smoothly. Previously, I had a similar experience with another retailer, but they required customers to purchase delivery service by default. And if I chose self-pickup but failed to pick up the item, I would have needed to wait another 10 days in the queue before they would deliver it. Your service was far better in comparison.

First time here. A young lady behind the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in. you dont get that from the 'B' store. Told her I am here to pick up my online purchase. She was doing at least 3 things at the same time. But she handled it like a champ and I really appreciated it. Even asked if I needed help to put my stuff in the car, again, you dont get that from the 'B' store. Well done. Keep it up.

Excellent service from long term staff who really know their products. Great range and good advice. This store also has a well stocked external building and landscaping area. Good range of mulches, rocks, etc. Easy access and great to visit. Highly recommended.
