Wow wow wow! I was super impressed by the service by Sally from Impressive plants. Sally went above and beyond to provide plant suggestions and information to help make the best decisions for our new garden bed. She communicated so effectively at every stage keeping me updated. The quality of the plants was top notch & they have continued to thrive in their new home. The magnolia trees & box hedge have added a beautiful new look to our garden bed. I would absolutely recommend Impressive plants for their advice and incredible service.

Sally and Tim at Impressive Plants are outstanding. Their customer service is genuinely next level! responsive, proactive, and so easy to deal with from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout the process, sourced exceptional quality plants, and ensured everything was delivered on time to meet our landscaping schedule even plants that were sold out pretty much statewide. Nothing was too much trouble, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and the end result. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Impressive Plants to anyone wanting not just great plants, but exceptional service.

Having never ordered plants before and hesitant to order them online, Sally and Tim were wonderful to deal with. Answered all our questions promptly and made us feel comfortable ordering online. When we wanted to add some additional plants to the delivery they went out of their way to source the plants and managed to deliver them with the rest of the plants. Tim delivered the plants on time and messaged when he was 20 minutes away. He gave us some valuable advice on looking after the plants until they were planted. The whole experience was wonderful and the plants are gorgeous. Highly recommend this lovely couple for all your plant needs. If they don't have the plants you want on their website they will go out of their way to source them for you.

After contacting multiple suppliers, nurseries and landscapers for advice regarding screening plants to suit my individual situation, I was getting either no response or very vague unhelpful replies. Then I came across Impressive Plants. After sending the initial enquiry, I was contacted by Sally who provided in depth answers to all my queries and displayed a genuine interest in helping me find what would work best. After sending pictures, outlining my wants and my concerns, Sally was able to help me narrow down my options, even stating what to consider for each. All emails were replied to promptly, every question I had was answered in detail, and every concern was carefully considered to assist in finding the perfect plant for the space. After choosing and ordering, Sally even ensured the delivery was quick and followed up to make sure I was happy with the plants and delivery. The delivery came exactly at the specified time, and the plants were of an extremely high quality. We had ordered 8 and the consistency of quality between each plant was incredible. I am beyond happy with my experience with Impressive Plants, and I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Sally and impressive plants. Had plants delivered to Adelaide. All arrived safely, beautiful quality and size . Really appreciated the attention that Sally provided by sending photos of plants and arranging delivery. Wonderful service, would definitely recommend.

A pleasure to get help from Sally and Tim when I purchased some syzygium and Indian Hawthorn plants. Sally kept me informed about when the plants would be ready for delivery. Delivery was a breeze and within the 1hr window indicated. The syzygium were even larger than I anticipated, which was awesome. Will definitely purchase from Impressive Plants again.
