Incredibly lazy, inept and drag their heels at every opportunity. Take your money then tell you a 3 week repair where heating is unusable is appropriately timely. Not to mention the bin chute being inoperable for over 2 years.

Very poor service quality. The building manager yelled over the phone with you when you complain the cleaning services. After you make a compliant, they only response you very diplomatically. Nothing you can do and avoid to use this company but unfortunately I do not have my choice.

Under this building management period, residents dealt with a recurring pattern: slow follow-through, unclear ownership of issues, and repeat problems that didn’t stay solved. Routine building concerns often required multiple chases, and "closed" rarely meant resolved—more like "temporarily out of sight." Key themes from a resident’s perspective: -Reactive rather than preventative management: issues were often addressed after escalation, rather than through proactive checks, clear logs, and timely action. -Communication that created friction: responses could feel abrupt or dismissive, which is an impressive choice when residents are reporting problems affecting safety, comfort, and amenity. -Coordination gaps with stakeholders and contractors that made simple tasks take longer than necessary. Overall resident experience: the building felt harder to live in than it needed to be—more stress, more uncertainty, and a steady drip of avoidable conflict. Buildings are complex; problems happen. But effective building management is meant to reduce the burden on residents and owners, not redistribute it to them. In our experience, the operational load frequently landed back on owners and residents—time, energy, and patience included. If your definition of "managed" includes consistent documentation, professional tone, and visible outcomes, this did not meet that bar for us.
