Intrax Land Surveyors made a mistake in their reports that had flow on impact to my building project. They did not follow proper surveying practices and the error speaks to their lack of skill and professionalism. I contacted them to dispute the quality of their reports. A professional customer led organisation would have at minimum followed their own dispute resolution processes per their terms and conditions. Not Intrax. They did not acknowledge my concerns. Did not offer to re-check or review their work on site. Instead of providing customer service and following consumer law they forwarded me to their lawyers, who advised the builder is at fault. Builders beware that Intrax will not stand by their work and will deflect blame to you rather than acknowledge their contribution to mistakes. It appears there is a desire to engage in litigation rather than act in good faith and acknowledge the error and provide solutions or at least reimbursement for the defective service. Poor customer service. Poor accountability. Poor quality and workmanship.

Appalling customer service and pathetic time management. Booked a site survey, was promised a report in 10 days and nearly a month later still no report. As the property owner I rang to see why and was told I'd need to get an 'authorisation' from the builder to request any information. Cross these guys off your supplier list.

Frustrated that specific requests to not arrive prior to 2pm were not passed onto workers and a request to call prior to arriving due to animals onsite was ignored by workers. Edit: Despite a couple more issues with communication, I would like to say that Intrax has taken time to acknowledge my feedback to ensure a positive outcome.

Intrax Consulting Engineers are our civil and structural engineering consultants for our property development projects in Melbourne. The service provided by Oliver North-Coombes and Ross Stivala are good and they usually complete all my plans on time and fees are relatively competitive. The advantage is I can get both civil and structural plans done by the same firm.

Don't use these guys. They follow builders instructions rather than NCC and AS. Non compliant drainage design.

This company was engaged to do a soil test on my sons property via Henley Homes, they drilled one bore hole into a large puddle of water and that was all they did, when the report came back it said there was a high moisture content in the soil ( obviously ) and the report also stated that a further two more holes were drilled that absolutely were not done, The report had a number of claims that was completely false, the report was a total fabrication, very dishonest company.

Not professional, and vindictive. If you need to postpone your survey. They get vindictive. They Don’t return calls, very entitled service. Management doesn’t care as per own employees.
