Why have self-service check outs if you're not going to open them! Last three visits have been held up by cashiers having chats with each customer. Great customer service, but keep the self-serve open for those of us that want to get in and out.

Online Orders - I've ordered online for collection a couple of times and both times they have substituted items with unsuitable items without even asking and created a lot of inconvenience. Will certainly never use the online order system again. Too much hassle.

After going home without an item paid for although my fault for not making sure I had all items. I would like to say a big thanks to Jed who answered my call twice as cut off once going through to front section. He took my name was apologetic and got AJ to ring me. Thanks to AJ who rang me back straight away. Both of your service was amazing. Many thanks .

One star is been generous! Had some keys cut today. Grabbed some things, went back. Was waiting for a good 10 minutes to try and get my keys back, the lady serving didn't acknowledge us at all🤦 the guy walked away, also didn't say anything, came back answered a phone Infront of us also not looking at us. They put 3 other customers through while we were standing there (we were there before any of the customers) neither of the workers asked if we were ok. Partner had to tell the lady to give us our keys as we were not being ignored any longer and we didn't want our copy as we didn't get acknowledged. Had the keys thrown on the service bench. Would not recommend anyone to get their keys cut through these clowns. Would love for someone higher up to contact me and get these clowns some training. All they have to do is look at the cameras and see we are not lying. Again feel free to contact me and I will give you a time.

I went to Bunnings this afternoon. I was in the nursery section getting supplies. When I went to check out there was a very long line. All the self checkout stations were closed with supplies stacked up in front of them. There was only one checkout in service with a very long line. People were also needing help which is to be expected. This really made my visit very disappointing with below standard service

The store is only approx four years old and in a good location with lots of parking. A very large, well stocked branch with staff happy to advise on how the many products available can assist in any projects we might have in business or at home. The staff are always undergoing training to improve their knowledge and service expertise to the public.

Brilliant service at the Cafe. The guy ran and ran to get everyone's food and coffee. Very polite and calm under pressure. Very much appreciated in a time where friendly customer service can feel like a thing of the past. 8.30am on Friday morning.
