Great range of products, staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop here again

No customers in the store apart from me, counted five staff, not a single one approached or asked if I needed help. Isn’t customer service what differentiates this store from the opposition across the road?

A very good hardware store (Ruthven street) , with a wide range of products and staff that always try to help. As an example; At a visit recently I needed help to adjust the colour of some old paint. The guy at the paint section understood what I wanted done and he took his time to tweak the colour to exactly what I was after. A service level that is very unusual today.

Fabulous service by willing and knowledgeable staff. Always have what I need.

I called ahead and held an item at a great price. First time I have been here and the lady on the phone was great. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by her and she quickly put me through and gave me pick up directions. It was busy at the pick up area and two friendly blokes helped get my item and load it. The only down side was the cranky forklift driver telling me I parked in the way. He could see how busy it was and could have been nicer about it in my opinion.

Such a friendly and knowledgeable place to shop. If they don't have a product or don't know the information they find out with a happy disposition. We are starting to shop there more now, giving the other competitor a miss.
