We went there for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and generosity of the dishes. Portions were abundant and well balanced, with hearty proteins served alongside fresh salads, roasted potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. The meat was juicy and full of flavour, nicely paired with a rich sauce, while the sides were simple but well executed, making the plate comforting and satisfying without feeling heavy. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a delicious and relaxed lunch experience—great value, generous servings, and food that delivers exactly what you hope for in a beachfront café. We would definitely come back.
I just had an açaí bowl there and, as a brazillian, I recommend it! It comes with lots of fruits but the açaí itself was very good and concentrated, you can tell by the dark purple color. It was super good! Nice live music aswell
Best location on the surfer paradise beach esplanade to eat and drink with views. The services are great and lot of options are available. Tried the vegan burger along with sea food platter and was delicious. The beer options are the cheapest and most cost efficient to drink. A really enjoyable place.
I ordered the eggs my own way breakfast thingy (lol). The eggs were delicious! I also ordered half an avocado and the portion size was huge. I loved the hash browns. They were crispy! I wanted to try beans on toast and it was okay. Overall, I recommend
Amazing food, and that is 100% thanks to the chef. You can taste the skill and care in every dish. The poached eggs were absolutely perfect — not easy to achieve, and he nailed it. If you have a chef with this level of talent, don’t ever let him go.
You can't believe the location, thats for sure. The Gluten free pizza was absolutely amazing!!!! The staff were nice but the food - wow!!!! Highly recommend this pizza, the gluten free margahita pizza with extra chicken and mushrooms. My husband has had salmon and poached eggs here for breakfast the last few mornings too. Highly recommend
Grilled 220g Eye Fillet Steak ($39.5): Aka. Filet Mignon, served with roasted potatoes and vegetables and sauces are all add ons but there are salt and peppers on the table. The steak is cooked to medium rare as I want and it’s tasty juices are all one the plate that an add-on sauce wouldn’t be necessary anymore. Salt and peppers are already creating an excellent flavour for Fliet Mignon. The roasted potatoes are very fresh, juicy and delicious. However, most of the fresh juices are not available after 3 pm except for Orange and Tropicana. There are still a few cold drinks ranging from $5 to $9, Lemon Lime Bitters cost $7 and well flavoured. Most of the people choose outdoor tables so it’s very chill inside. I love how it serves as a cafe, pizzeria, and bar at once, 15.5 opening hours, a very hardworking establishment compared to most of the cafes and restaurants. Last but not least, my favourite song of all time was played, "Symphony by Zara Larsson and Clean Bandit" Overall, nice and hardworking staff, nostalgic music, mid-range prices but it’s hard to find Filet Mignon/Eye Fillet under $40, 9.8 out of 10!
