I had the most exceptional experience at the WISE clinic a few days ago. From start to finish, I felt very well cared for. The administration process was quick and easy with the compassionate and caring man running the front desk. I watch him effortlessly juggle multiple phone calls and people waiting in line in front of him all with an infectious smile and a calm and caring presence. The nursing staff were highly efficient and thorough with her investigations. All in a friendly and timely manner. My doctors were kind and caring and also thorough with my review. Results for my test came back via text message in the following days giving me the answers that I needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to all

As always Interventional Radiologist Dr Don and his amazing team at Interventional Pain Robina have worked their miracles. Such kind people. The care the staff take to help you through many challenging pain procedures is heartwarming. The clinic is friendly and welcoming. Everything is spotless and it’s such a breath of fresh air. Great on site parking and there’s a beverage bar which is a lovely touch. Congratulations to Dr Don at Interventional Pain Clinic and the Wise Emergency clinic Robina. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cannot recommend Wise highly enough. Have taken my son there twice for signs of respiratory distress/croup. Each time we have received the most incredible care. The team are warm, kind, efficient and thorough. I feel so comforted knowing that we have this service available to us. It is worth every penny.

Not wanting to clog up the public system I decided to try Wise, best decision ever. I was looked after very quickly, made comfortable by the friendly team. The doctor suspected appendicitis ordered blood works and a scan. They produced a full report that I was able to take to Robina emergency for urgent surgery. Thank you to all the staff at Wise.

Very disappointing experience. I attended with a valid referral to complete a straightforward scam/image verification. Instead of following the standard process, the staff working on Sunday late afternoon made everything unnecessarily difficult, constantly trying to find reasons not to proceed. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, with no clear explanations provided. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable rather than supported or assisted. This did not feel like a policy issue, but an attitude issue. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I expect much better professionalism and consistency from a clinic of this level.
