Coles Robina

Large format store. Very pleasant decor n layout. Fuller range compared to Mudgeeraba & Reedy Crk for higher end items. Fresh fruit section not as good as Woolies or fruit store at KITCHEN, just my opinion.

It’s a huge XL coles, great bakery. Even have quite times for this who don’t like just bright lights etc. team is friendly, location is fantastic right inside the town centre near the kitchens and opposite pharmacy and sushi place and it’s goes on and on. Easy and endless parking.

Most disorganised, poorly run and poor customer service. The only helpful people are the click and collect team. All the older in store staff are rude and useless. This is based off over 15 visits to this store. Have been shopping at Woolworths far superior service and fresh fruit and vege ..and the only reason I came back is for the extra flybuys points offer.

Store is clean and present half decently however staff are apparently trained to hound new mother's with prams and accuse them of stealing items. Did a split transaction with a friend shopping also, and was asked about 5 different times if items that we had bought from elsewhere were from the store/scanned yet/where's the receipt? One of the main items the staff were asking about was nappies in boxes from big W that Coles doesn't even sell! Had my formula tin also questioned and thought that one was fair enough but even when told it was half empty and in use, got an answer that said staff didn't believe me and were doubtful of my reply. I also got questioned over ANKO brand wipes too. Won't be back, ever. If you can't even identify what your store does and doesn't sell, I don't think you should be put on checkouts to make people feel like criminals when they're doing the correct thing on the 4000 different cameras you all have. Absolutely ridiculous.

Shoutout to the young guy working in the bakery yesterday. Came to the rescue when we didn’t know to slice our bread 🤣👏 He was so happy to help us without us even asking, needs a raise

Why don't your bakery make Super Soft Hamburger Rolls 6 pack with Sesame Seeds topping? I can only find the plain ones.
