Robina Town Child Care Centre

My two boys have been attending Robina Town Child Care Centre for almost 3 years now they started in Nursery Room up to Kindergarten room and they absolutely love coming to kindy it’s been so special watching them form close friendships with the other children and teachers I have even found myself getting to know the parents a little bit! The educators have been so welcoming and lovely people since day one and are really good at communicating on day to day basis the centre also have good resources, decent size yards, clean rooms, plenty of activities set out daily, it’s also a BIG bonus they offer great healthy kid friendly food daily with a qualified experienced chef on site , nappies, wipes, and even offer excursions and swimming lessons!! It will be sad seeing my two off to big school after next year! I 100% recommend this small homely centre to anyone ☺️

After trying other childcare centre’s , I can confidently say Robina Town Child Care Centre is the best by far! The educators are incredibly caring and attentive, especially Rachel. Creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment where my son thrives. The staff keeps parents well-informed, the activities are thoughtfully planned, and I’ve seen such a positive change in my son’s confidence and learning. The center is always clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that foster creativity, social skills, and early learning. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure each child receives the attention they need, and their communication with parents is excellent. I highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for exceptional care—this place truly stands out!

My son recently transferred here 5 months ago and couldn’t be happier! He’s always excited to go to school every day. The teachers are amazing and made us feel so welcome. The facilities are also great. I’m particularly impressed with the childcare services, which are not only reliable but also provide a nurturing environment for my son to grow. The transition was seamless, and we’ve seen significant growth in his confidence and academic skills. Special thanks to Rachel for her warm welcome. We’re so glad we made the switch! I highly recommend this childcare to all parents looking for a safe and comfortable place for their children.

WARNING ON THIS CENTRE I would not recommend this childcare to anyone. Director lies staff yell and man handle children SEEN THIS OCCUR no resources for the children there is rusty outdoor play equipment HIGH STAFF TURNOVER told this by a staff member NEVER ENOUGH STAFF ROSTERED to care for children. Children get fed hardly anything told to hurry and finish. Inexperienced staff all young. The rooms are dirty staff don’t care Children were always crying & not cleaned up after eating, staff stand around talking watch children fight and laugh Complaints of this Service are continuous yet nothing done!! Centre has hardly any children attending anymore from its unprofessional staff ‘& a Director who cannot be bothered with anything can look you in the eyes & lie refused to give owners email to inform them of what goes on led to reporting to children’s services 3/2025 This was witnessed over a week period WORST CENTRE IVE EVER SEEN

Our little girl (4) has simply loved this place over the last two years. Each day she comes home with new found knowledge and as the previous person wrote - more often than not she complains that I have picked her up too early and requests I pick her up later the following day. The place itself is very clean - mostly new toys and equipment and a wonderful little garden that the kids get to look after. The staff are skilled, engaged and compassionate. Highly recommend this centre.

Robina Town Child Care Centre facilities and staff are exceptional. My children attended full time over the past 8 years. During this period they have always remained professional and organised. The cleanliness of the center is impeccable. The staff have mostly remained unchanged over this time meaning that the same teacher who cared for my first born was there for my second and lovingly watch them grow into primary school children. The Kindy program has insured my children are more than ready to transition onto primary school. It brings a tear to my eye to think back to when Miss Debbie, Miss Sarah and Miss Rachel cared for my babies, I still don't know how I done it but it definitely had a lot to do with these beautiful people. As my children have transitioned through each stage the entire team have become like family. Today is the last day for my youngest, turns out he saved 2 lollies from he's Christmas stocking for Miss Aimee and Miss Nagina.

My little guy has attended this centre for over a year and a half, he loves his teachers and doesn’t stop talking about them, all the educators are caring and attentive not just the ones in his room, they all know his name and make an effort on arrival. Their curriculum is fun and you can always see what learning is happening in the room through the awesome displays in the room.
