David Jones David Jones at Robina offers a consistently high-quality shopping experience. Staff were professional and approachable without being intrusive, and the store was clean and well maintained throughout. This is for the women’s clothing department, whoever is doing the ordering for Alemais & Aje Been in store at least 2 to 3 times in the past month and there are never any slices available above a size 10 so tried on items that I could find in my size and then went home and ordered them direct online from alemais.

I recently bought this bra at Robina David Jones. A WONDERFUL woman named Nadia helped me as I needed a new every day bra. She listened without being intrusive. This bra has become my favourite ever! It is so hard to find great customer service these days but Nadia is amazing. Thank you so much to her!!!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Jen in the women’s underwear section today. She was so so thorough and helpful with all my needs and her service was full of kindness and joy. She deserves a lot of praise and commending for her service. Great look for the David Joan’s store!!!

It never ceases to amaze me how rude the staff are in this store and the Anthea Crawford area especially. They talk to themselves, they ignore you and when I left my changing room (and had hung up everything properly) she stared at me. I said have a lovely day and she just grunted or muttered under her breath. The whole time in looking at $600 plus dresses I was ignored, no hello, no offer of help... It's so so awkward. I think I'll stick with David Jones in Pacific fair where they are happy to take my money..

Professional, kind and personable service. 👏🏼👏🏼 DJ ladies were brilliant and very helpful. I visited several other stores that day (25/09/2025), and the service was no where near it. DJ you are lucky to have them. Look after them. Even gave me a heads up about the DJ CC being voted best on Canstar. Made me think.

The older women in the Chanel & other makeup brands area kept following my mum, best friend and I all around the beauty section and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and profiled. We are not the type of people to steal or anything of the sorts, nor do we believe that we even fit the profile either. They also were very condescending when asking if I needed help while I was looking at the Chanel lipglosses that I was considering purchasing and saying things like "are you fine just playing?". Rude. Definitely won’t be coming back any time soon and will be taking my business to the Chanel store at pac fair instead where they are actually nice and welcoming. 👎🏻
