Purchased some upgrades to my Jumbuck mini spit roaster and the service was great. All items arrived via post in a timely matter and are great quality products

I'm highly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by these guys. Alex, in particular, went above and beyond to address my inquiries. Not only did he promptly respond to my questions, but he also took the initiative to send me photos of the available products, allowing me to visualize them better. To top it off, Alex set aside the grill and hot plate I wanted, even staying after closing hours to accommodate my pickup. What a legend! Furthermore, the store offers a good selection of BBQ essentials. I highly recommend them.

We initially intended on shopping around and comparing Dizzy with their competitors but decided not to upon our initial visit as they checked all the boxes and were so impressive. Dizzy will be out only spit roast bbq equipment supplier. Keep up the great work!

Nick was awesome. Ordered a bunch of accessories but the courier stuffed him around. Even ordered a second lot of spices and Nick sent them separately. When the other package was lost, Nick rang the courier and sorted everything out really quickly. His customer service is awesome. As for the products for the mini jumbuck, also awesome. The gyros disks, heat shield and coal tray are Australian made and built really well. The gyros disks are thick heavy duty stainless, not thin ones that I’ve seen elsewhere. They’ll outlast the jumbuck rotisserie. Looking forward to using the jumbuck with all the accessories fitted once the rain stops! Will definitely be buying more from him in future.
