Pretty Art Online

If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to deal with a dishonest company that has lied to me from day 1 (I have the evidence) and I still don't have my product over 4 months later.. while pregnant is a joke. Don't waste your money. These people are not based in Sydney. The wrong item that was posted came directly from China. Fair Trading can't even get a response out of them. They refuse to provide a refund regardless of the lies and STILL not sending my product but want me to pay to return the WRONG item even though they'd already advised they were happy for me to keep it 'as a gesture of good will'. I don't want it, but I'm not being out of pocket and knowing I still won't receive my refund. Dodgiest company I've dealt with in years. DO NOT BUY FROM.

I ordered a wall sticker back in February. Paid extra for enlargement and express post. Finally received it first week of April and it was the incorrect image. Sent the seller a message straight away with pictures and after weeks of me reaching out and hearing "I'm waiting for a response from the supplier" I then requested a refund to which I have now been ignored consistently. This is absolutely ridiculous and a disgusting way to treat your customers and conduct business. I will never purchase through Pretty Art Online again or even refer this business to anyone for that matter. Extremely disappointed and ripped off!!

Thank you Pretty Art Online! Ordered my first EVER canvas print and I was not disappointed. (Disney Princess) The colours in the artwork are fantastic and bright. We love and are truly in awe of the Princess print. Look forward to buying more prints. Daniel was extreemly professional, easy to talk to , responsive and knowledgeable of the products.

I’ve purchased many prints from this company recently (and continue to purchase more)! Ive had the best experience from start to finish on their website! Very efficient, fast and friendly service! Daniel is the man, very professional courteous and extremely accommodating to my wants and needs! The website is very user friendly and the purchase / checkout process was very easy. The prints are fabulous and extremely well done (as if painted by the artist themselves). Definitely will be buying again! A huge range of products to suit anyone’s tastes. Best company to deal with when looking for prints for our home and our child's room. Very wide range of nursery canvases and loved the customer service. You'd think that on the weekends companies take time to answer on email or chat but they responded so quickly and were very accomodating. The team were great at answering all our questions and cant wait to buy again when we need a piece. Will be the first and only place i will be going to buy from!! Thanks Guys 🙂

My wife ordered a sticker for our young boys room, asked for a once off custom sized picture and after paying extra with also waiting forever for it to arrive, it turned up being the wrong size all together and the wrong picture sticker she asked for. But not only that is what drove us mad, the adhesive had reacted really bad with the wall paint (dulux premium wash/wear paint) and started bubbling the paint!!! Bring it to their attention and she got ignored numerous times, with being fed up she asked for a refund and she got totally ignored. Very unreliable and shonky business!! Will not refer any business their way in the future.

Seeing this business has a 5 star rating shocks me as I have had nothing but a terrible experience with them. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and am still yet to receive any tracking details, any information on my delivery and obviously no items yet. Repeated emails to the business with no outcome or able to provide me any further information. I've found Daniel quite rude to deal with and the only solution he seems to provide is to provide a refund without me receiving the items I've been waiting over 3 weeks for. Very disappointed!
