Brightside Early Learning Centre

Very happy with the decision to move our daughter to this centre. She absolutely loves coming here and no tears in the morning during drop off. All the staff are so caring, kind and nurturing to their children and my daughter is thriving. She has built some fantastic relationships with her educators and when I leave her for the day I know her needs are being met and she is cared for and valued. I never worry 🙂 when I pick her up she has always had a great day and has also been well fed 😀 the staff are very welcoming and kind to parents during drop off/pick up. Highly recommend this centre.

My daughter started last Monday and she loves coming to this childcare! I have never seen her so happy being in a new environment before. The staff are all friendly and always greet us when we come in to the centre. I also love the app they use as it gives me an up to date updates if she had taken her nap and has eaten her food and also love seeing the photos of her ☺️ I would definitely recommend this childcare, you won’t regret sending your kids here. - They all treat the children here as their own!

I have sent both my sons to Brightside ELC and all the staff are wonderful threw out each room. My son started in the baby room and built up such an awesome relationship with the staff and would love to come to daycare. He is now in the pre kindy room and always speaks about the staff in such a positive way on the weekends. The staff always support and comfort him at drop offs when needed and allow him to venture out on his own time after a well needed cuddle. My son loves the meals and they provide a wonderful range of different foods! The updates I receive on the app daily are amazing! Even from Thailand while I was on holiday I was able to see what he was up to 🙂

My daughter attends Brightside early learning, I must say I couldn't be happier with the service my daughter receives. The care and love they put into helping all children and my daughter since being at this centre my daughter has thrived. If I've ever had any issues. They are easily addressed with Paige mostly or other workers everyone is amazing and very helpful. My daughters speech and learning and building friendships has improved so much since removing her from a past childcare and sending our daughter here. I recommend this centre to all mothers and fathers / caregivers to consider when looking for the right place for their children to attend. Food is always different and they will provide the correct foods for all dietary requirements if needed. I can't say enough how happy I am to have my Daughter attend and I recommend these ladies for all care and requirements parents look for in a centre.

My daughter loves going, has developed strong bonds with the educators and peers. With not having other kids in our life she doesn't get that interaction at home. So to see her with others kids forming friendships is beautiful. The educators are amazing with the first time and are understanding of how it feels for a first time. Having the familiar staff on helps my daughter feel more comfortable as well.

Our son began in July 2024 at Brightside and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This is the first centre he has attended (he is now 1) and he took to everyone like a duck to water. He always lights up when he is greeted each morning and is always smiling in the afternoons. He has never had any emotional moments at drop off which shows to me, that he is comfortable there. Educators are all welcoming and happy to answer any questions or discuss concerns. The app is very helpful to me so I can keep track of food intake and nap durations and of course I love the daily room updates to see the adventures of the day! When I have emailed questions the response is always timely and never a bother. We toured quite a few centres and don’t regret choosing Brightside ELC one bit.

Our son has been at Brightside for 2.5 years and it was the best decision we have made! Starting in the baby room, through the toddler and pre-kindy and very soon the kindy room, all of the staff have been amazing, caring and nurturing all throughout our sons journey. The management are great, the chef cooks delicious, healthy foods and our son is absolutely thriving in this centre. The staff are all beautiful and genuinely care about the kids. We get photos daily, a daily summary of what the class got up to and regular updates about our sons development. They take their health and wellbeing seriously and have clear communication about everything. Baby sister will be signed up as soon as she's here!
