United Chemists Paralowie

Went in last night to get my prescription filled (had gotten the same from there previously) was greeted by an American sounding lady who said it would be a couple of minutes so I decided to wait, 15 minutes later a girl comes from out the back and grabs the creme I needed from the shelf (which was right next to the lady that served me and the same spot it was last time i purchased it) then 5 minutes later calls my name and says sorry for the wait, I asked if the creme was just off the shelf, then the chemist says sorry for the wait but your script says to give you the smaller tube (which is right next to the larger tube) how the hell that causes the 20 minute wait to take a tube off the shelf and ask for payment is beyond me and a total joke.......it may seem a small problem but when you are standing there for 20 minutes looking at the medication on the shelf wondering why they didn't just turn around and sell me the tube immediately instead of making me wait 20 minutes is a joke! not to mention they then used the excuse that I didn't need a script to buy the medication as it was an over the counter thing

I suggest shopping here. Always friendly and fast service. Pharmacists are very helpful. Cost of medication without Healthcare card is fair and reasonable. Thanks team

WARNING......Be careful of this place as they are very BAD at doing your scripts. They made a mistake and held my medication for ramson until I paid for the mistake the pharmacist made. Now I'm suffering (mentally and physically) for their mistake.

Had a very nice experience and personalized customer approach by one of the pharmacist (Vidhi Patel). And also all other staff very supportive. This is the second time coming here to get my vaccination and both the time very fast and efficient Customer service. Definitely recommend coming here.

Shockingly expensive for script, $10 difference on each of mine tonight, never again. Looked at Telfast $15 more than other places bought same product. Ripped off

Hello. Being a T1 diabetic I am in need of a chemist quite regularly, and until now have floated around several for my needs. I've not had any bad experiences, all good in fact but after discovering the Whites Road Paralowie United Chemist I must say their service and friendly atmosphere was and is a definite stand out to me, and I've now found my regularly go to chemists. I need to go there this evening actually. But yeah, I highly recommend these people. They are great.✌️
