Tool Kit Depot Parafield

This store had probably the widest range of all type of tool brands imaginable. Good range of PPE clothing and equipment. Tools for all type of trades. Really good fair pricings on all there items. The staff were really friendly and offered to look in the back if there was anything in a specific size needed or for anything specially. I ended up getting some really great and comfortable 'hard yakka' CTE3 shorts perfect for my work environment and also pretty good for just wearing around and about. Loved the open floor plan was really easy to navigate even being my first time in there and will continue to go back there for any other Tool or PPE needs🤙🤙

Kudos to Ben!!! This morning I spent 45mins on the phone with Ben attempting to track down a missing invoice from 2 years ago. We thought we’d tried everything and were about to send through a request for accounts to try and solve the issue but Ben did not give up. Each piece of extra info I could muster allowed another attempt. In a world filled with impatience or lack of customer care, Ben really proved he’s a gem and an asset to the Parafield TKD store. I've been going there for years and over that time I've spent alot off money, i must admit when Bunnings took it over, i thought they would lose the old school helping out service, 2day Luke helped me out, big time, he spent a bit off time to get the bolt, off the drop saw, that holds the saw blade imposition, he went over and beyond helping me out, iam so glad old school service still gets a gig there, thanks heaps xx.
