A few days ago, I visited Royal Furniture North Lakes and asked the staff specifically about the sewing machine. They clearly told me that everything — including the machine, motor, and oil — was included in the box. Yesterday, we went back and bought the machine. But when we got home and opened the box, there was nothing inside — just the machine, and no motor or oil.even not looks new machine. We immediately called the store to explain, but instead of helping, the staff started making excuses and said, "Everything is written on the box — didn’t you read it?" They completely denied what they had told us earlier in person.and how they talk was extremely rude.when I asked to return it . They denied . They said item is open now they can’t return. I just open the box not the sewing machine. Bcz I figured out there is not other items inside. There was no purpose to open the machine.and they said are we lying?? I don’t understand so do we have any purpose to lying?? We bought the item for use not to lying. I found this behaviour very dishonest and unprofessional. I trusted their word at the time of purchase, and now I feel misled and disappointed. I would not recommend shopping here to others.
