Baby Bunting North Lakes

Great place to go when the choices are too overwhelming online. Staff were fantastic and talked us through the many different car seats. Didn't try and push us towards a decision, but simply offered details and recommendations for our very tall bub. Glad we went there instead of buying online 🙂

Terrible customer service at Baby Bunting North Lakes. Items had the wrong ticketed prices and staff refused to honour them. I was made to call another store myself to chase stock while the staff member Katharina just stood around talking to other staff members. Fairly sure there were whinging about myself. We waited over an hour in the high chair section before anyone approached us. Probably 6 staff on and barley any customers so they easily could have been more helpful. So disappointing and went elsewhere to purchase a high chair today. They claim to have a price match yet wont even honour there own mis ticketing 😂 done forever with baby bunting

I had such a fantastic experience at Baby Bunting! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to Leonie, who went above and beyond to make what initially felt like an overwhelming experience so enjoyable. She took the time to provide detailed overviews of car seats and prams, explaining everything clearly and ensuring we felt confident in our choices. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care made such a difference. Thank you to Leonie and the whole team — I could not recommend this store highly enough!

Had two car seats installed this morning by Lily after they weren't installed correctly (by someone else/different company) it was super fast and efficient and I feel so safe taking my 2 year old and almost newborn out on the road. Thank you!

All the staff have been wonderful and full of knowledge. We are very much first time parents and had ALL the questions, the staff gave us options for different price brackets. There was never any judgement for any and all questions we have. Sue is lovely and personable and a joy to speak with

We visited baby bunting Northlakes and from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Mel. We asked her to take us through car seats and she was extremely knowledgeable. We’ve visited multiple baby stores trying to get someone to provide us with the knowledge she was able to. She was very patient, answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable.
