This OTR had a Great range of food - sandwiches, pies, subway, krispy crème , moes hotdogs… with nice tables and chairs (lounge chairs even) to eat lunch at. Fuel too pricey for us today but loved the range of items.
That small darked skin man is an arrogant jumped up robot with no voice. I have never ever heard him greet a customer. He never speaks, just mutters the cost at you. No hello,no goodbye...I asked him why, his answer I've been working six hours( this is not customer service). It's not hard to be polite....The other guy Chris is fantastic & puts this guy to shame answers door promptly...other guy leaves you standing in cold at door while he speaks to customers at counter for at least five minutes. Ignores the fact you want to come in out of the cold. The guy has no personality is absolutely rude does not know how to make an iced coffee. Which is a product you provide??. Does not know customer service if it smacked him the face. Will not be shopping here again unless they find better night staff or I get served by Chris...shame on you otr this guy is ruining your business!
Toilets were absolutely disgusting! Needles on the floor and in the basin. Won't ever be back!
Normally the MOES hotdogs are good here, but i just got home and i opened what i THOUGHT to be a really beautiful stunning hotdog with cheese, but no this THING looks absolutely disgraceful. Will not be buying from here again, ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL TO HUMANITY.
Ordered 2 cofees via app 10 minutes prior to arrival. Waited and extra 15 minutes for it to be ready! What's the point of preordering if you still ha ve to wait ages?

Always slow but tonight was exceptional! Ordered 2 coffees via the app but after waiting 15 mins I decided to cancel the order and in the process was verbally abused by some guy paying for his goods which had no relevance to what I was doing, I went back in when he had left (I felt safe enough then) to enquire about the cancelled order to be told that I have to call the OTR helpline to get a refund - absolute joke! No apology offered, I will never visit this store again and doubt I’ll set foot in an OTR store ever again either!!!
