OTR Morphett Vale Inbound

The staff are more friendly compared to the OTR across the road. However do not rely on this OTR in the mornings before work. Exceptionally slow, even when it's not busy. It was me, and one other person that needed to be served and I waited a good 5-10 minutes, as the staff were chatting between each other while making a coffee. Two staff on, one making a coffee, and I can't be served.

Great bunch of staff in here, always welcoming and friendly. This servo also always has what I need stocked, unlucky the one across the road 😒

Zero stars (wish i could do a minus) The Dog Wash there is absolutely disgusting, I went there for the first time tonight and I will never be back. The fact the owners let it get that bad and still have it running is appalling, I won't even buy deisel from there anymore (or use any of there services for this reason) The water smelt horrible, the drain was blocked. It honestly felt like my dog was cleaner going in. Please don't take your dog to this service station, it's horrible! Yuk! Is an understatement. Needs to be closed or removed. Dog act really.

Poor customer service.... The lady who served us clearly did not have want to be doing her job... Offered to pack my donuts in a bag as she was to lazy to look for/pack them in the proper krispy cremes box... She also Denied that I was able to buy a 12 pack which I confirmed I was able to do at another outlet..

At 6.30 am this morning I purchase some Christmas scratchie tickets for work presents. The assistant gave me the wrong ones so took a while to correct the transaction. I left the store then went back in to buy water. I overhead the barrista say how busy it was, if it wasn't for the customer taking 3 hours to purchase scatchie tickets it would have been ok! I closed the fridge and purchased the water pretending I did not hear this comment. Not very professional.
