Serious concerns regarding packaging integrity and handling standards. My parcel was delivered yesterday, and I inspected it today. Before opening it, I noticed that the box had already arrived partially open and improperly sealed. The packaging integrity was clearly compromised upon delivery. The item appears to occupy only about half of the box, leaving significant empty space without adequate securing or protection. This raises concerns about the packaging process and quality control prior to dispatch. At first sight, I was genuinely concerned that the parcel may have been tampered with or that items could be missing. I have a full video recording documenting the condition of the parcel prior to opening it. This level of packaging is unacceptable for an online order and does not meet reasonable customer expectations.

The Lady at customer service not supposed work as a customer service her name is cherylee she always rude and not helping when ever you ask something she will said i don't know and she always lying said we don't have pokemon card and we don't have anything new but they actually have my friend came same day she said nothing but they have it in the afternoon .. please be nice to all customer and not only 1 customer

The elderly lady at the service desk was rude and unhelpful. Her manner made the interaction difficult and I did not receive the assistance I required. Her name is cherylee layden hope the manager change someone who happy to work at customer service not the rude and grumpy one !

When picking up an item, you will receive an email saying they will hold it for 19 days AFTER it's ready for pickup. This is false. They count from the date of receiving the order. I called click and collect and they said they will hold it for me after cancelling my order early. Went in store to collect on the day and they said, they don't do that and to buy it again at full price. Should've told me over the phone that it was cancelled and to buy it again rather than to promise to hold the order. Saves me time of driving over there for nothing. Misleading and total waste of time.

Today at Target Merrylands Stockland, we attempted a purchase and inserted $23 into the machine, which then malfunctioned. The staff endeavored to resolve the issue while we waited for an extended period. Unfortunately, an elderly lady with blonde curly hair falsely accused us of not inserting the $23, and when we tried to respond, she became argumentative and threatened to call security rather than reviewing the CCTV footage. Following a lengthy wait, the manager arrived and resolved the issue, but appeared to be defending the staff member who spoke to us earlier, despite clear evidence of our innocence, and our money was refunded. Notably, this was our fifth visit to the branch, and we have experienced machine malfunctions on every occasion. Historically, we have been high-value customers, spending thousands of dollars there. However, due to this experience, we will not return. I strongly advise others to explore alternative options and avoid making purchases from this branch.
