Absolutely ridiculous, I understand that the shop COULD close due to public holiday, I just needed to SWAP an item, no fund to be made, nothing who ever that girl was that close up the shop Monday 26th Jan was almost finished closing at 4:17 pm said can not do anymore transactions and would not allow me to SWAP pants for the right size just brushed me right off no questions as to what’s needed to maybe try and help me, no nothing. Gave me attitude and was just a horrible interaction all because she didn’t want to be at work any longer. Appalling is an understatement.

A few days ago, I purchased two pairs of jeans from this store. The quality was excellent, which is what initially convinced me to buy them. However, when I left them for alterations, the results were very disappointing. Despite taking accurate measurements, the length was hardly adjusted—they still looked baggy, as if nothing had been done. I paid an additional $50 for the alterations, and the outcome was far below expectations. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I won’t be returning to Connor for alterations again.

I have bought one shirt and was willing to purchase another one. Asked the display shirt as the staff informed there was no stock inside, one of the staff members name Jassica was rude saying you can leave the store, worst experience ever in this store…… Worst customer service. Very rude staff. The store manager, as well as Chris, doesn't want to help. she said she couldn't help with finding sizes as it's too busy and she doesn't have time. Very unprofessional.

Today I purchased from the Merrylands staff and was served by eve. She looked after my son and husband. Amazing customer service would be coming again!

As a regular customer to this shop we have always received exceptional service from staff however today the 19th of June and at 3:10 pm we were faced with the most rude a service and the shock was she claimed to be the manager, I would never return back to this shop or refer other people to it The female staff told us to our face that she does not want to provide business with service as we are buying only for 20 dollars
