Kmart Merrylands

I visited Kmart Merrylands today and was assisted by Nirvana, who delivered exceptional customer service. I was having trouble finding a product, and she took the time to guide me and make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her dedication, friendly attitude and willingness to help really stood out. It’s clear she is a hard worker and takes pride in her job. Staff like Nirvana make a big difference to the customer experience. She is definitely an asset to Kmart and deserves to be recognised for her efforts.

Average experience. The store has a good range of products and affordable prices, but it often feels cluttered and disorganized. Some shelves are messy, and it can take time to find what you’re looking for. Staff are polite but not always available when you need help. The checkout lines can get long, especially in the evenings or weekends. Self-serve machines sometimes have issues, which slows things down. Still, it’s convenient for basic items and home essentials, but the store could use better upkeep and customer service.

Better than the Parramatta store which is always out of stock and the those teenagers at customer service are of no help whatsoever.

Lots of Christmas Crazyness at Kmart today ⛄🌲🎀🎄

What is happening with this Kmart ? Where is the management? This store is becoming so filthy and dirty it is unbelievable, unhygienic & unsafe ! There is so much rubbish underneath of shelves, food, drinks, spillages everywhere , clothes on the floor shoved underneath of shelves and staff are just casually wondering around no one notices nothing. When I ask lady at cashier why is the store in such a mess she told me that cleaners are cleaning store every day and ask me is the other Kmart looking better? .. It is shame that Kmart high management allowed this.

Hard working staff on the floor replenishing the store , dont' like registers in centre of store now as part of the upgrade / renovations the crowding there is worse than when they were up the front store has been totally relayed with a bright new look with all sections & departments moved around to new locations 👍

This Kmart has the BEST customer service, Had excellent assistance from Michael O with finding the correct bed sheets. Give this man a raise!
