I visited JD Sports Merrylands on a Tuesday with my wife and we were really impressed with the service from Alex. He helped her find the right pair of shoes and was patient while she compared different styles and fits. He also recommended a shoe protection product and explained how it would keep the shoes in great condition and smelling nice at all times, showing he really knew what he was talking about. On top of that, he was funny and entertaining throughout the experience, which made the visit even better. Finalising the purchase was smooth and straightforward, and we both felt well looked after from start to finish. Excellent customer service, we’d definitely love to be served by him again.

The initial walk in welcoming was kind, but when I went to check out at the counter, noone greeted me, they just took the stuff off the counter that I had sitting their. 3 employees were talking about non work related topics loudly that customers shouldn’t have to hear. Not only that but they didn’t say a single word to me the whole transaction but only with eachother . I had to stand there awkwardly and listen to them talk about "how to get girls" . As a female and a customer I felt very uncomfortable . Only time I got spoken to is when she told me the total. This is super unprofessional from there side. I felt very undervalued as a customer. I encourage you to go to a different JD . First and last time

Was asked to buy a bag for $3. I don’t. Walk out of store with my kid. Stopped at gate by staff not the security, around 5 of them looking at me as if I am a thief. Handed my receipt, not convinced enough, the employee reach out to my arm holding the item that paid for, checking one by one.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jade at JD Sports for her incredible customer service. From the moment we walked in, she was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my partner were looked after, and it really made our shopping experience so enjoyable. JD Sports is lucky to have her on the team thank you, Jade, for making our day! We appreciate you Jade x

Today we have very bad experience. Customer service is so bad looks like everyone force to work no one is smiling Only 1 customer in the shop and 5 staff members but staffs members are just walking around and hard to ask them question

Today I went to JD found nice shorts but not my size I asked one of the staff n she said we don’t have it , I asked a different staff she checked on system and they did have it she called the staff I asked and said we don’t have it to bring it from inside her name was Jess I was disappointed on how she looked at me and didn’t say sorry or even feel embarrassed so these ppl like Jess don’t deserve a job .
