Our son has been attending Story House Doreen 2 since they opened their doors. The care and support provided by their staff has been exceptional from the very beginning. The staff create a welcoming atmosphere and offer a variety of engaging learning experiences that help children learn and grow. It is clear how much effort they put into every child’s wellbeing. I truely value how consistently we are kept informed about our child’s learning progress, and any important information. It gives us great confidence knowing that our child is in such attentive capable hands. The atmosphere is always warm and positive during drop off and pick up, where children and families feel safer happy and supported. We are externally grateful for the dedication, kindness and high quality care each and every staff member puts in everyday. My daughter has been at this childcare since she was 8 months old, and we couldn’t be happier. The educators are caring, attentive and make her feel so safe and loved. Communication is always clear, and I really appreciate the daily updates and photos. The meals are healthy and nutritious, and she’s thriving in their environment. A wonderful centre we truly trust and highly recommend!

Cannot speak more highly of all the staff at Story House. My son did orientation at another centre and a few red flags came up, so after getting a great impression at the tour, we moved him to Story House. They are not only amazing with my son but also with communication to parents. My son loves all the staff and his face lights up when I say their names. He has learnt so much in the time he has been there. It’s never easy choosing a childcare centre and leaving your child but this has been one of the best decisions I have made.

If i could rate higher, i would. As an educator in childcare myself, i am blown away by the care & love shown towards my son, not to mention the education/experiences that are planned for the children. Its such a warm & professional environment which makes leaving my son so much easier. Most importantly my son is so happy & thriving at Doreen 2. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
