My Children have both just started here, as an anxious Mum I had toured many centres surrounding. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a friendly smile and felt a sense of ease, the lady who did my tour had knowledge and understood my anxieties. I was further more impressed with how calm and settled the centre felt as I saw thriving interactions between educators and children, and what sold me was how the children would run into the managers arms telling me management share time on the floor building connections too. I have had prompt communications about my children’s day, and they are thriving, I Couldn’t be more happier or thankful!

I just want to start with saying a massive thank you, my children have been welcomed to Eden so warmly and lovingly they love attending. The management team at Eden Academy truly sets the tone for a happy, supportive, and inspiring workplace, It’s clear that when staff are happy, supported, and recognised, they shine – and that’s exactly what happens here. Thank you to every single staff member at Eden, you have made this process so easy. If anyone is looking for a caring, supportive and great learning atmosphere Eden academy is the place in doreen to get it. 🙂

This centre is really professional, clean & the educators are so caring! Never had an issue in 3 years here, can’t fault this service at all. My daughter loves coming and has learnt and developed so much whilst being in their care😊

We absolutely love Eden Academy! From the moment our daughter started, we’ve been so impressed by the care and dedication of the educators. They truly go above and beyond to support each child’s development and make them feel safe, happy, and valued. The strong relationships they’ve built with our daughter are so evident—her excitement each morning to go to childcare says it all! The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up to encourage learning through play. We’ve seen so much growth in her, both socially and academically, and we’re so grateful to be part of this wonderful community. From day one, my daughter has been thriving in such a nurturing and educational environment. I was very concerned to see two children at this centre attempting to climb and jump over the fence. The fact that this happened in broad daylight ( 30/7/2025 at 9:00 am) with no staff member nearby, shows a concerning lack of proper supervision and care. Parents trust childcare centres to keep their children safe at all times, and what I witnessed shows the opposite. When I saw the incident I called the centre straight away and was told by one of the staff (prefer not to mention name) that there is staff in the playground but honestly I couldn’t see anyone and mentioned this to the person on phone. I even followed up with my ex-colleagues as I used to work at this place before and found out that this incident hasn’t been discussed within the team which shows the irresponsibility of the management. As a parent I thought I should discuss with other parents who believe that their child is in safe hands.
