Our pool build experience from sales to handover was absolutely exceptional! The team at Norfolk are true professionals and experts in the pool industry. Probably one of the best "Sales" experience we have ever had with the wonderful Danica. Danica saw us in our home, was pragmatic and was not your usual greasy pool salesperson we experienced with other providers. To be frank, the honesty and down to earth sales approach that Danica exhibited is the reason why we signed up. Then, the service was delivered precisely to the standard that was promised. Jim and Murray were absolutely delightful to deal with and it was very clear that they took pride in the quality of their pool build. We were regularly updated and kept informed. Jim came to our place and was given the specs for the new design for our new home. The construction was not the normal hole in the ground, but a suspended pool some 3 meters out of the ground. The team that came out, meet the challenges for the site location, the difficulties with water proofing, in that under the pool is a wine cellar, and height issues. The pool finish and equipment are great, and has certainly added value to our home.
