NexGEN Decking

The Nexgen product is beautiful! Obviously a bit more expensive than hardware brands but we are hoping to stay in this house for a long time and the warranty and look of it sold us. We LOVE it because it looks like real timber and isn’t rough on little ones knees and feet like other brands. Extremely happy 😃Also wanted to add that Roxanne (Brisbane) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 5 plus stars all the way !!!

Very good communication from all involved at NexGen Decking Brisbane. From getting a quote to putting my order through to delivery I was always kept in the loop. To save in delivery costs I could pick it up at the Brisbane depot. I was building a deck around our swim spa. The material was easy to work with and the final product looks and feels great. Fabulous product and service. When I decided to build a highset deck, I did a lot of research on the different types of flooring. While I love timber, I did not want the work or expense of maintaining a timber deck. Many of the composite decking materials fade or scratch or don’t work well on an area that has both shade and sun at different times of the day. Others materials look fake and just like plastic. When I phoned Roxanne at NexGEN Brisbane to find out more about their product, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and offered to send me out a sample pack, which arrived within a couple of days. This gave me the opportunity to hold the samples up against the house paint colour to get the best match. Roxanne also worked with my builder to ensure the correct quantities of materials and fixtures and to have steps built in the NexGEN materials whilst meeting engineering standards. As such, the entire deck only requires a sweep and occasional mop – so virtually no maintenance. I absolutely LOVE my deck. It looks fabulous and exceeded my expectations! You have to look very closely to check it isn’t real timber, as it has the variation in colour and contour, like actual timber. I would totally recommend NexGEN both as a company and product.

I would highly recommend NexGEN Decking (Brisbane). Roxanne and Jim were so fantastic to deal with, from beginning to end, and some! Roxanne was so easy and flexible to deal with during the quoting stage and even came out twice to check and double check out space and how best our space would work. She is highly efficient and responded quickly to any emails and messages I sent her. Jim was a great help, he came out to show us how to install the decking and we were on our way. It's an easy system to install and the finished product is amazing. Highly recommend this product and Roxanne and Jim! 10/10!
