Altec were great, from start to finish. We booked in the initial appointment for a quote, were happy with what they quoted us and put down a deposit. We were waiting on finance from the bank, which took a lot longer than we had anticipated, but Altec weren't pushy, they send occasional emails, to make sure we were still happy to go ahead. When finances were sorted, they got onto things pretty quickly, council approval took a couple of weeks, and then despite being busy and close to Christmas, they managed to fit us in. They took all the rubbish with them when finished. We are very happy with our new carport.

We found Altec to be a very efficient and professionally run company from the initial consultation to the completed installation. All deadlines were adhered to and we did not need to chase them up at any stage. They kept us informed at all times and the end result was a well built carport with which we are very satisfied.

From start to finish we were kept informed of any changes in the design of the caravan carport. The construction of the carport was straight forward. We were very happy with the design, strength of material, colour matching to house roof and fence. I would recommend Altec for any renovation to your property.

Excellent job done by the crew from Altec, the builders were on time every day and did a great job. We had one panel damaged and our contractor rectified the issue straight away. Very happy with the work and the crew.

Great communications and workmanship, completed months before original completion date. Job was for a 12m X 8m flyover patio / carport. Would definitely recommend, might be a bit more expensive but quality and warranty are the selling points. Thanks again.

Our experience was great. Professional to deal with. A couple of hiccups were dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. They listened to us and provided us with a few different options. They kept us informed weekly. Very impressed with the builder assigned to our project - Joel Fenton. We chose Altec because they coordinate all aspects of the build - design, approvals, structure, windows and doors, external blinds. We didn’t have to try and coordinate different tradespeople.
